Vartaa
Cancellation Policy
Last updated: June 19, 2026
You can cancel your Vartaa subscription at any time. This page explains how cancellation works and what happens to your access, recurring billing, and data.
1. How to cancel
- In the app: go to Account Settings → Billing and choose Cancel on your current plan.
- By email: write to product.anavcloudsoftwares@gmail.com from your account email and we will cancel it for you.
2. What happens when you cancel
- Auto-renewal is turned off and the recurring mandate (card e-mandate / UPI Autopay) is cancelled at the payment gateway, so you are not charged again.
- Your plan remains active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for; it does not renew after that.
- Any wallet credits you have already purchased remain available for usage.
3. Refunds on cancellation
Cancelling stops future charges; the current paid period is generally non-refundable. Refund eligibility for the current period and for unused credits is described in our Refund Policy.
4. Auto-renewal & pre-debit notice
For recurring subscriptions we (via our payment gateway) send a pre-debit notice before each auto-renewal so you have time to cancel if you no longer wish to continue. RBI-mandated notices apply to Indian e-mandate / UPI Autopay subscriptions.
5. Data after cancellation
After cancellation your account and data are retained per our Privacy Policy. You can request deletion by contacting product.anavcloudsoftwares@gmail.com.
