Vartaa
Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 19, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how [YOUR REGISTERED LEGAL ENTITY NAME] (“Vartaa”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), operator of the service available at thebestdevelopers.com, collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use our voice-agent and meeting-scheduling platform (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to this Policy.
1. Information We Collect
- Account information — your name, email address, organization details, and authentication credentials when you create an account or sign in (including via “Sign in with Google”).
- Google account data — if you connect Google, your basic profile (name, email) and, for Meeting Scheduling, your Google Calendar data (see Section 3).
- Service configuration — assistants, teams, phone numbers, knowledge-base content, campaigns, and provider settings you create.
- Usage and call data — call sessions, transcripts, and logs generated when your AI agents operate.
- Email engagement data — for transactional emails we send you (receipts, alerts, account notices), we record delivery status and whether the email was opened or its links clicked, so we can confirm delivery and improve our communications. You can disable open/click tracking on request by contacting us.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Service and its features.
- To authenticate you and secure your account.
- To send you transactional emails and confirm their delivery (including open/click tracking as described above).
- To schedule meetings on your behalf when you use Meeting Scheduling — checking availability and creating calendar events on the calendar you select.
- To provide support, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Google User Data and Google API Services
When you connect Google Calendar to Vartaa, you grant access through Google’s OAuth consent screen. We request only the scopes needed to schedule meetings on your behalf:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events— to create, view, and update calendar events (so your AI agent can book meetings).https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.readonly— to read your calendars and free/busy availability (so we only offer times you are actually free).
We use this Google Calendar data solely to provide the user-facing Meeting Scheduling feature you requested — reading availability and creating/updating booking events on the calendar you choose. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to train generalized AI/ML models.
Limited Use disclosure. Vartaa’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. How We Store and Protect Data
- Google OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest (Fernet/AES) before being stored, and are transmitted over TLS/HTTPS.
- Access to stored data is restricted to your organization and to authorized systems that operate the Service.
- We retain Google data only as long as your connection is active and as needed to provide the Service.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information or your Google user data. We share data only:
- With sub-processors that operate the Service (e.g. cloud hosting and database providers), under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations, and only as needed to run the Service.
- When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the Service.
Google user data is never transferred to third parties except as necessary to provide the feature you requested, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger/acquisition with notice to you.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time from Meeting Scheduling in the app, or by revoking access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. When you disconnect, we delete the stored OAuth tokens for that connection. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us at product.anavcloudsoftwares@gmail.com.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at product.anavcloudsoftwares@gmail.com.
8. Children’s Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
